 My music instruments My Casio Keyboard My first music instrument is "Casio MA - 150" keyboard. I started music with this keyboard. My father bought me to this keyboard when I was in school grade 2. In the early days, I did not know how to play it. It was only after I went to grade 6 at school that I found out exactly where the "C" note was. After that I started to find and learn on my own. When I was in grade 8 at school, this keyboard broke.😔  My Violin My secoend music instrument is my violin.   My pets My Cat This is my cat. She is a girl. Her name is "Suddi" She is about 1 year old.   First unforgettable experience of university life. Our university  Department of English Language Teaching has organized by the original english song competition.  My friend Florence applied for it. It was possible to appear for this competition individually and as a group, and she had applied for the competition in the group category. First of all, I was not in this competition. Florence spoke after me to can you join this competition. Initially they had a separate team for this work. Later they abandoned the competition due to other work and university holidays making it difficult for them to come to the university. But Florence and Mihirangi were very interested in doing this work. After everyone left, only Dihan, Florence, Mihirangi remained. My University My university is University of the Visual and Performing Arts. It is situated in Albert crescent, colombo 07. My university has three faculties.  faculty of  Music,  faculty of  Dance and Drama and  faculty of  Visual Arts. Im studing at the faculty of Music. Faculy of Music has six departments. Which are  Department of Western Music, Department of Musicology, Department of South Indian Music, Department of  Ethnomusicology, Department of North Indian Music, Department of Applied Music & Mass Communication. In addition, each faculty has an English Department and a IT Department. My university was started in 1893.  The first chancellor of the University of the visual and performing Arts is Dr. Lester James Peiris and first  vice chancellor is p rofessor  Sarath Aminugama.

  Galle Fort Galle Fort is one of the beautiful places in Galle. Anyone who comes to Galle first goes to see Galle Fort. Watching the sunset from Galle Fort in the evening is a different feeling. Galle Fort is the most tourist attraction place in Galle. It was built in 1588 by the Portuguese. Later it was improved by the Dutch. Every time I go to Galle Town, I don't forget to go to Fort. Galle Fort is a lover's paradise. When I entered the Galle Fort, I felt as if I had gone to a different country because it was built in a very different way.

  My Small Business Except for music, graphic designing is my hobby. I do it for a hobby also as well as samall business. I started graphic design science 2019. While I studing at grade 10 my father bought me to new computer. It was only after this that I developed an interest in graphic design little by little.  I have five years experience to graphic design.  I have been working for many tutors.    I earn some money from graphic design.  This is my first artwork. It is design for my history class teacher Mr. Chathuranga Vithanage. Chathuranga sir helped me a lot learn graphic design. This is my creations.

My favourite Singer My favourite singer is Mr. Karunarathne Divulgane. He is very popular vocalist in Srilanka. He was born in a small farming village in Kurunegala district. From 2006 to 2015, he has also served as the Governor of the North Central Province. In 1980, he passed the examination held at Rajarata Radio Service and was selected as a radio singer. His first song album was released in 1990. His first song album name is " Asata asuwana maime."  His secoend song album is "Nethala Ulelak" It was released in 1994. "Nil Diyawara" is His third music album. His songs are very beautiful and very meaningful. His songs has very calm vibe and heart touching stories. I like almost all his songs. He has many songs. Some of them are "Nuba hari pudumai, La dalu bopath, Ma obath ekka, Gahaka mal pipila, Oba ma hamu una, Rosa thol sibim, Gamata kalin hiru, Sulaga nuba wage, Yamu sella katharagama, Obata waram nathi, Konda kirilliye, Hanthana desin ena etc.

  My Favourite Musician Rukantha Gunathilaka can be introduced as an exceptionally well singer who came to the Sri Lankan musical environment in the late eighties. I am not wrong if I am named as an artist who turned the music in Sri Lanka upside down and took it to a new dimension. It is said that only 10000 copies of the respective album of Gunathilaka's have been sold in Sri Lanka. Rukantha Gunathilaka- Artist, Singer, Lyricist, talented musician. Born on 5th September 1959. His full name is Mario Glory Rukantha Gunathilaka. Rukantha first came to the music industry as an electric organist. As a singer, he came to the industry in the late eighties. Rukantha's song albums include Adarman Mal Pawane, Bambara Pahasa, Samande, Anatha Charuthe, Charuka, Ran Pokunata etc.

  Trip to Badulla My Life most enjoyable and unforgettable tirp is visit aroud Badulla. My Father's sister (My aunt) live in badulla.  I went my Aunt's home. I went by train. I spend about 12 hours in train. G oing by train  I think the best way to look beauty of badulla. I saw someones play guitar and sing in the train. It is very beautiful experience. I saw there are many foreigners in the train. When I went to my aunty's house, it was around 8pm. On that day my aunty had prepared delicious foods for us. Next day morning I went to see dunhinda water fall. It is very beautiful waterfall. After I went to see nine arch bridge.  My Beautiful Village My village is Gonnagahena. It is situated in southern province Galle, Ahangama. My village is very calm and peacefull village. Very innocent people are live in my village.   Value Of Reading "Reading makes a full man" is a great quote I have heard of. Although a lot of people have known this saying, 80% of them have naver experienced this quote. there are hardly people in srilanka who keep doing this action as a daily habit. But as a whole, there is a lot of peresona in the world keep doing this as a habit. They know how far this quote is correct.  There are different reading materials all over the world. Magazines, journals, newspapers and fictions are some example for it. And a lot of people loves reading books on the mobile phones and computers. But a lot of scientists and doctors say that watching on a smart screen for too long would affect our eyes. So, in my opinion, reading a book as usual is better than watching on a screen.   My School Journey I studied in three schools. I have been a wonderful and memorable experience in my 13 years school life. First I started my school journey in 2009. My first school is G/Dikkumbura Primary School. That time was very beautiful. I had many friends at that time. At that time, we were more focused on playing than studying.😀 My second school is G/Dikkumbura Sri Siddhartha School. This is the school where I spent most of my school life. I joined this school in 2014. I have lot of memories in this school. I have participated many events, competitions in this school. I did my O/L at this school. I had many friends in this school. Our theachers are very good and kind. My final school is G/Batemulla National school. I moved to this school for do my A/L. I had to study here for a very short time. Because while I was studing in this school, schools were closed due to the COVID 19 disease. My school life I have many unfrogotable memories. I love my schools.
